Who We Are
ZPYF is a registered trust (MA 0000022/2018), a non-profit organisation headquartered in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe. Founded by Thabani Madhlayo, the Foundation tackles youth unemployment, skills development, and lack of access to resources.
Our Mission & Vision
Mission:We strive to be the leading organisation supporting local enterprising youths and businesses. Our goal is to support 1,000 successful entrepreneurs in every 5-year period, covering both urban and rural areas.
Vision: To promote the growth of enterprising youths and support start-ups & SMEs to grow from infancy to maturity stage.
Our Objectives
- To economically equip youths in both urban and rural areas through business trainings tailor-made to ensure the professional running of businesses.
- To identify potential youths in business and build sustainable businesses that operate on sustainable business practices.
- To offer cost-sensitive marketing and networking platforms, such as Business Expos, for youths to exhibit their products and services — creating brand awareness, brand visibility, and brand promotion.
- To increase employment opportunities for youths through supporting local businesses at the start-up and SME stages.
- To implement support systems that assist enterprising youth, ensuring accessibility to business funding by creating business partnerships with funding institutions.

Collateral Support Services
ZPYF helps youth entrepreneurs access non-collateral funding in partnership with F.M.L. Members with qualifying projects can apply for business loans at 3–5% interest, repayable over 12 months. All applications must pass our assessment and include a recommendation letter.
